Early access

A11yShip is in early access and free of charge. Features may change. Before paid plans start, existing users will be informed in advance; nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.

What A11yShip is – and is not

A11yShip runs automated accessibility checks and helps you organise manual testing and documentation. Automated checks cannot detect every accessibility barrier. Results, scores, reports and generated statements are aids for your own assessment and are not a certification of compliance with WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act or any other law, and not legal advice. You remain responsible for your app and for any statement you publish.

Your account and content

• Keep your password and project tokens secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You keep all rights to the reports and screenshots you upload. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service.
• Only upload data you are allowed to share. Do not upload personal data of third parties in screenshots.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending use

You can stop using A11yShip and delete your projects at any time. We may end the early access programme with reasonable notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
